Sensis Terapia Oy is looking for speech therapists to join as subcontractors in the Helsinki capital region. The collaboration suits especially you who want more freedom in planning your own work or are considering entrepreneurship for the first time.
Entrepreneurship – but not alone
As a subcontractor, you operate as an independent entrepreneur and decide, for example, your workload and everyday schedule yourself. Sensis provides practical support, collegiality and a ready-made collaboration structure around it.
The goal is that you can focus as much as possible on what you already know: good client work.
You can get help with, for example:
- getting your business started
- practical entrepreneurship matters
- building a website and your own professional presence
- making use of AI tools
- organising your work and building practical ways of operating
- getting started with Kela rehabilitation work
- professional sparring and collegial support
A fair and flexible collaboration model
Subcontracting starting from 10 %.
At its lightest, you get to use Sensis' agreement with a 10 % charge. If you need more support – for example with starting your business, client acquisition or developing your own operations – we can build a broader collaboration package tailored to your needs.

- operating through Sensis' agreement
- invoicing handled through Sensis
Sensis handles the invoicing, so you don't need to worry about it yourself.
